Our solutions do not always require a supplier change and can be implemented anytime during existing supplier contracts.Our sweet spot is collaborating with Food, Beverage, and CPG companies that have an identified packaging spend of $15MM+ who are looking to find actionable savings opportunities.
A typical strategy project lasts four to six weeks followed by implementation.
We deliver on average 17% in realized savings.We enable organizations to:

We deliver measurable value and guarantee a 3x return on investment.
Our fees are broken into three phases. Phase 2 is credited back against realized savings.Phase 1: Discovery and Strategy Development - $75,000
Phase 2: Optimization and Implementation - $250/hr billed bi-weekly
Phase 3: Shared Savings - 35% of realized savings minus Phase 2 costs for a period of 12 months.Select short term projects: $10,800/day
